PCB Universal Truck, CBX Style

Metro’s Universal PCB Cart offers board manufacturers a complete PCB handling and storage system with the flexibility to adapt to their needs as rapidly as they change.
The unique design of the conductive polymer CBX panel allows board transport and storage in any one of three orientations: horizontal, slanted, or vertical. The redesigned panel adjustment method also prevents panel slippage eliminating any possibility of a board crash. Panels are adjustable in .050" increments.

Horizontal slots are 1/8” (3.1mm) deep and spaced on 1/2” (12.7mm) centers, with slanted slots spaced on 1” centers. Vertical capture is obtained by utilizing the optional vertical hold panel kit to fit your appropriate cart. Carts available in 2 sizes.

Each cart consists of four posts, two braking poly casters, two swivel poly asters, 1 chrome wire bottom shelf, two CBX end panels and grounding cable.
