 Diamond Panel Carts, CBT Style
Safely transport and store large circuit boards or large quantities of small boards.
Choose the Benchside Model (50” high) or the Tran-Stor Model
(69” high). The Benchside Model holds boards at a convenient level for seated assemblers and transports them from one work station to another. The Tran-Stor Model offers transportation
and storage of boards plus a bottom wire shelf which can be used for tote boxes, PCB carriers or other items.
Side panels feature a unique, adjustable diamond pattern that
holds wider boards at a downward slope against a stop bar to prevent unsoldered components from falling out. Panel inserts are molded from static-dissipating high-density polyethylene.
Slides are spaced 1" (25mm) apart and accept boards up to 1/8" (3mm) thick.
Panels can be adjusted to teh exact width of the circuit boards by simply sliding them along the
side frames to the desired positions and then manually tightening the knobs on the holding brackets at each corner of the panel. To accommodate boards from 3” to 23-3/4” in depth, the
vertical stop bar on the face of each panel can be placed in any one of nine locations approximately 3” apart.
Both style standard units consist of two end panels, two four sided frames, four posts, four casters and groundig chain, with an additional wire shelf on the Tran-Stor unit. All Printed
Circuit Board Trucks are 26" (660mm) deep (OD).
