The Reel Storage Container is constructed with double sides & ends for greater durability. They have specially designed conductive plastic indexing ribs to prevent the reels from rolling around when stored, or falling over when the container is partially full. These containers come fully assembled including conductive plastic handles and a removable lid. The 13" reel container includes a steel perimeter frame for reinforcement when handling heavier loads. The Tek-Cabinet is an economical and efficient method of storing, Kitting, or transporting small static sensitive devices. Tek-Cabinet can be used right at a workstation. The individual or multi-sized drawers are design for segregating unique components and are easily identifiable (drawer labels included). Tek-Cabinet has an attached ESD handle on top which raises for ease of lifting or carrying. The Ideal Low-Cost Matting Material
If you are tired of replacing rubber or vinyl mats damaged from resins, glue, epoxy, solder, flux, hot soldering irons, and other harsh chemicals, turn to Pro-Mat. It is virtually resistant to the harsh manufacturing products and chemicals used in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Pro-Mat Is an ESD protective work-surface mat that saves up to 80% of the cost of traditional vinyl/rubber mats, and offers superior performance characteristics.
A solid fiberboard constructed with a buried conductive layer and ground snap provides a path to ground. Static dissipative exterior surfaces eliminate tribocharging. Pro-Mat is easily cleaned with commercial work surface solutions. It is also impervious to damage by hot soldering irons, solder or flux.
It has permanently static dissipative surfaces (top and bottom), measuring 1 x 10 to 7 to 1 x 10 to 9 ohms/square, and an impregnated conductive layer measuring 1 x 10 to 4 ohms/square. The antiglare surfaces reduce eye fatigue and can increase operator efficiency. Pro-Mat includes two nominal 3/8" snaps for grounding shelving and cart surfaces, workstations, and can be used for field service operations.
