Aerostat Guardian CR2000
Designed specifically for use in critical cleanroom applications, the Guardian CR2000
features a patented circuit that results in balanced delivery of positive and negative ions, which ensures that the
unit will maintain an ion balance of 0 +/- 5V. Balance stability is further enhanced by use on Simco’s unique “ion
shields” at the fan outputs to reduce parasitic ion loss, and by the addition of a circuit to control “charge pumping” between emitter assemblies.
All fan and air bearing surfaces are manufactures free of silicones. Fan assemblies are run-in and particle-tested to 10% of class 10 (209E; ISO class 4) particle limits.
The Guardian CR2000 is also equipped with Simco’s patented built-in emitter point cleaners and a lockout switch to
prevent tampering with the desired performance level. Built-in monitor and as outlet to daisy-chain up to 10 units is also standard.
 Use our Overhead Ionizing Mount to facilitate installation. 1.75” x 1.75” framing made from 6063 T-5 aluminum alloy interconnected using zinc
plated steel brackets. Extends 36” above work surface and 24” out. Clear anodized finish with Silver decorative channel trim cap
