ScorpION 3 Ionizing Bar
Simplify installation and maintenance. Patented digital technology provides the finest operational stability in the industry. Years of experience designing and building ionization equipment insure you the fastest decay times to provide the lowest in-process charge levels.  No need for a controller and no need for intrusion of process tools.  With the ScorpION 3, periodic adjustments are made using the MMI remote control held in the line of sight.

Features include:
*  Tool Interface Integration: Seamlessly integrates Simco software with the process tool’s user interface to provide graphic access to ionization parameters
*  “Peak Reduction” Technology: Algorithms enable the lowest offset voltages with the fastest discharge time performance in the industry,
*  Bi-directional Intelligent MMI: Save and upload operating parameters in one step for easy calibration. Versatile MMI (Man Machine Interface) allows IR or wired interface.
*  Silicon Carbide Emitters: Qualified Class 1 performance -- the new standard
*  Full Digital platform: Allows remote monitoring and management of operating parameters.
*  Active Ion Monitor and Control: Each bar controls, stores, and maintains all operating parameters independently providing consistent performance by compensating for changing environments.
