 HV4es Ionizer
The HV4es delivers high performance electrostatic charge control independent of ambient airflow conditions. Using CDA (clean dry
air) at low flow rates allows HV4es to maintain high performance over extended maintenance intervals. The air inlet can be positioned in any one of three positions located on consecutive
90° angles. The HV4es is available with tungsten or Class 1 cleanroom grade SiC (US and International patents pending) emitters.
The combination of the HV4es Ionizer and visION 2 Controller delivers consistent, controlled ionization for
use in critical applications. HV4es features and integrated two-element sensor positioned just in front of
the ionizer’s four emitter electrodes. Pairing the HV4es with the visION 2 controller provides closed-loop
feedback and control of operating set points. The visION 2 provides a very stable source of steady state
DC power to the ion emitters. The VisION 2’s output control circuit is connected to the ionizer sensor system to closely monitor and control setup parameters.
