Model 288B Charge Plate  Monitor 
The Model 288B performs either manual or automatic decay and balance tests on critical ionization equipment with increased low voltage  accuracy. It then stores the test results along with the time, temperature and  humidity for up to 1500 tests, 500 locations and 4 test protocols in it's internal memory. This information can then be retrieved via the large LCD display or downloaded to a PC using the bi-direction RS-232 link. It has a built in auto -ranging feature which adjusts to 0.1V resolution below 100V. 

Because almost all parameters of this instrument are adjustable, your tests can be designed for optimal results and the Model 288B programmed to perform those tests. By using the automatic feature a  predetermined series of decays and balances can be initiated by a single button  push. In addition this unit is completely portable, with up to six hours of operation on the internal rechargeable battery.
