ESD Safe Conductive Berber Carpet#WCT:  AZO Berber Carpet

WCT AZO Berber Carpet is an industrial flooring product designed for extra heavy commercial traffic. Use in areas such as electronics manufacturing, military, telecommunications, or sensitive date processing.  ESD Conductive Berber is edge-ravel free and is suitable for raised access floor panels, or as an ESD Conductive industrial floor matting.

Install using Sigaway Original adhesive netting, Siga Circuit and Siga Copper Tape or Sigaway Electronic and Siga Copper Tape

Installation: May be installed loose-lay and grounded as conductive runners, or full surface in areas not subject to rolling loads.  For traffic subject to rolling loads such as aisles, full surface glue down with conductive adhesive is recommended.  AZO Berber Carpet may be installed with full surface Sigaway Electronic conductive textile reinforced self stick adhesive over concrete, wood, particle board, fiberglass, steel, asbestos, epoxy, and over old non-conductive glued down carpet.
          
Heel / Sole Grounders
For efficient control of static on personnel, the use of conductive heel / sole grounders or other conductive footwear is recommended with all STATIC-GARDE Mats and Runners.

Grounding HardwareRolls do not include grounding snaps or cords. Grounding hardware is available from C.C. Steven and Associates, and should be ordered separately.
