Cushion-Scrim ESD control mats are made of 3-ply vinyl. The static dissipative top layer and expanded vinyl static dissipative bottom layer sandwich a buried conductive layer to deliver outstanding electrical performance.
Cushion-Scrim guarantees all users of continuous monitoring devices snap to snap conductivity of less than 3 x 10E4 ohms.
Cushion-Scrim mats by virtue of their conductive fleece construction lie flat and stay in place whether on a bench or floor. The mat is easy to clean with mild soap and water without affecting the electrical properties.
Cushion-Scrim matting is available in rolls up to 100-ft in length, or cut to size from stocked 24", 36”, and 48” wide rolls. Multiply the quantity of mats needed times the length of the mat to determine how many linear feet will be billed.
