The ECONO fabric adjustable wrist strap features a “one of a kind,” patented design. The unique crochet process
incorporates continuous strands of highly conductive silver-coated nylon mono filament placed on the underside
of the non-conductive nylon yarn. This means that a full 80% of the conductive threads contact the skin of the
wearer, ensuring maximum conductivity and the most reliable path to ground. A crocheted band, unlike knitted
bands, has a much better elastic response and even when stretched to 200% returns to its normal size, providing a better fit and longer service life.
The ECONO set comes complete with a special coil cord that is covered with high-gloss polyurethane (PU) that
facilitates 100% coil retraction because of its superior memory. Our proprietary “double crimping” also secures the
wire ends in a virtually pullout-proof grip. The molded-in 1 megohm resistor is shrink-sleeved before injection to
prevent plastic shot abrasion, a step almost no other manufacturer takes. The banana plugs are specially made with multiple spring leaves on a floating collar to further enhance contact and continuity.
The ECONO comes standard as a blue wrist strap with a black buckle. Coil cords are black.
