ADHESIVE MATS

Multi-layered clean-film full adhesive layers form mats that effectively capture dust and dirt from foot traffic and equipment wheels before they enter the controlled environment. Each of the numbered layers of the mat peels off easily to reveal a new clean surface. Independent testing shows that adhesive entrance mats represent the most effective particle reducing system for significantly reducing traffic-bourne contaminants, removing up to 95% of particles in the 0.3 micron range. An acrylic adhesive is used which does not support microbial growth.

ADHESIVE ROLLERS, FILM

Polyethylene adhesive sheets on a 3” plastic core removes particles from walls, ceilings, floors and work surfaces. Adhesive contains bactericide to kill surface bacteria on contact. Designed for cleanroom use on smooth surfaces. 66 feet per roll -- 107 sheets.

ADHESIVE ROLLERS, FILM

CleanRoll Film Rollers are made of thin polyethylene sheets around a 1-½" core. There are 118 smooth sheets per roll. These rollers are ideal for removing dust particles from smooth surfaces including floors, walls, ceilings, and workstations.

TAPE, CLEANTACK

Cleantack Cleanroom Tape is made of low density polyethylene film with pressure sensitive adhesive backing. This low particulate, contaminant free tape is wound on a clean plastic core and individually packaged in heat-sealed bags. Tape is produced and packaged in a class 100 cleanroom. Tape will adhere to nearly all surfaces including: metal, plastic, and packaging. On most surfaces, tape is easily removable with little to no adhesive transfer. Use Cleantack Tape in your critical environment for labeling, sealing containers, packaging, and construction projects. The tape has excellent holding power over a wide temperature and moisture range.
